On 18 July 2026, the calm waters of Štrbské Pleso will transform into the „Tatras' Venice". The name Venice Night is no coincidence. This event was organized in previous decades by visitors and residents of the Tatras as a relaxed evening gathering combining boat rides, music and good food. Štrbské Pleso will create an authentic Venetian atmosphere for the ninth time. Experience an evening full of romance and a rich programme on a unique summer night. The atmosphere will be enhanced by period baroque costumes, spectacular mirror sculptures and an exceptional musical programme. The entire event takes place behind the Kempinski Hotel, along the shores of Štrbské Pleso and at the boat harbour.

At the harbour, 20 wooden rowing boats will be available throughout the evening for a leisurely ride across the lake. Tickets for the boat rides are sold directly at the harbour — advance booking is not possible.

A summer evening on the shores of Štrbské Pleso deserves an exceptional musical backdrop. We have prepared a programme of outstanding performers who will bring the true spirit of the evening to life. Look forward to violin virtuoso Filip Jančík, who has conquered stages in more than fifteen countries, and the legendary Eva Máziková with her unforgettable hits. Your host for the evening will be presenter and singer Martina Comisso, winner of the Košický zlatý poklad 2025. The true Italian flavour will be brought by a guest with genuinely Italian roots — singer Davide Mattioli. Also performing are singer and composer Berco Balogh and pianist Richard Rikkon. The authentic Venetian atmosphere will be completed by the gentle sounds of Lucia Tarnóczy's harp.

In the event area, on the terrace of Hotel Solisko, guests can enjoy authentic Italian specialities, wines and prosecco.
