PARKING IN THE RESORT

Parking prices in the Tatranská Lomnica resort: 

1. Pay for your parking at the pay station located in front of the customer centre in Tatranská Lomnica or conveniently online via the GOPASS APP. 

2. Scan your paid parking ticket at the exit terminal when leaving. 

3. Leave the car park within 15 minutes after paying. 

Before leaving, pay at the pay station in front of the customer centre in Tatranská Lomnica or in the Gopass app. Scan the QR code of your parking ticket and pay for parking online.  

You can pay for parking with cash (coins, banknotes) or by credit card.  

All guests in the Tatranská Lomnica resort are required to pay for parking according to the price list. 

Yes, customers with products purchased outside the resort's opening times, such as the "Dinner under the Stars" experience, are also required to pay for parking, as well as those parking outside the resort opening times. 

No, the car park is not monitored by a camera system. The parking operator is not liable for damage, destruction, or theft of items or vehicles parked in the car park. Parked vehicles are not guarded, and the operator accepts no responsibility for their damage, destruction, or loss during parking. 

If the resort is closed, no staff are present at the customer centre in Tatranská Lomnica, and you experience issues exiting the car park (e.g. lost ticket, inability to pay), please contact the car park operator at +421 904 878 802.
